While I sometimes provide guidance on HR policies and frameworks, my primary focus is helping leaders align culture, structure, and strategy to drive organisational impact.
I typically work with a small number of organisations at a time, partnering closely with leadership teams as a trusted advisor through periods of growth, change, or organisational evolution.

The name Take Chances reflects my style and philosophy. Meaningful organisational change often requires trying something different and having the honest conversations that enable progress. My role is to help leaders navigate these moments with clarity, structure, and practical solutions.

Where I built my career
After 25 years working in organisations across Europe and globally, I founded Take Chances Consulting to help leaders navigate complex organisational and people challenges.
I have held senior roles leading global and regional HR operations, organisational redesign, and change initiatives, and have managed organisation development, DEI, and philanthropy functions.
I have worked with organisations including Tektronix, Xerox, WaveOptics, and Zebra, across large enterprises, fast-growing scale-ups, and mid-sized organisations.
Having experienced first-hand that organisational change is fundamentally psychological as well as operational, I am passionate about helping leaders translate this insight into sustainable growth — recognising that people and business outcomes must evolve together.
